Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, October 30, 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, November 16, 2008. Sweepstakes open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. All proceeds from this sweepstakes will be turned over to the non-profit organization, Wounded Warrior Project. This organization is a registered not-for-profit organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Employees of the Wounded Warrior Project, its affiliated subsidiaries, its advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members and members of the same household of any of the above are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate.

Three Ways to Enter.: (A) Visit www.warriorjeep.org, complete the official online registration form and make a suggested tax deductable donation of $25.00 per entry, or (B) Make a $25.00 donation and complete the on-site registration form at various national off-road events (visit website for event schedule), or (C) To enter without making a donation, hand-print your name, address, day and night telephone numbers and age on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: "Help a Hero, Win a Jeep." Sweepstakes, ASC, 1878 East Ave., Rochester N.Y. 14610. Limit one entry per person, per envelope, per day. All mailed entries must be postmarked by November 13, 2008, and received by November 20, 2008. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or postage due mail, or other errors associated with the Sweepstakes.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award the Grand Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Prize: : One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a custom made Jeep Wrangler that has an average retail value of $80,000. The Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and local taxes, including sales tax, title, tags, transfer fees, and insurance costs, if the automobile is accepted. The winner also acknowledges that the prize is a previously titled, and heavily customized / modified vehicle. These modifications may negate some portions or all of the vehicle manufacturer's new vehicle warranty.

Drawing and Notification: : The Grand Prize Winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on December 1, 2008 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone initially, and confirmed in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.

Prize Conditions: Prize is non-transferable and, no prize substitutions are allowed. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release (where permitted), to be returned within 14 days of the first written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If the prize is accepted, winner must also provide a copy of a current, valid driver's license, and proof of insurability. Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or in these Official Rules. By accepting prize, winner also agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, vendors associated with this Sweepstakes, and the respective officers, directors and employees of each of these entries, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and / or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. By participating in the sweepstakes and submitting an entry you agree that the amount of any claim against the Sponsor and its agents, servants, employees and contractors not otherwise waived shall be limited to an actual loss amount, but in no event to exceed $100. This sweepstakes is valid only in the U.S. and is void wherever it may be restricted or prohibited.
